Mike Spencer

Mike Spencer brings extensive experience in management and maintenance within the manufacturing sector, particularly in carbon graphite and power metal facilities. Currently serving as Site Manager at Graphel Carbon Products since January 2016, Mike oversees daily operations, machinery, staff, and facility management. Previously, Mike held roles as Maintenance Process Manager and Operations Manager at GrafTech International, where responsibilities included budget management and daily operations. Mike's career also includes ownership of Spencer's Electrical Service Inc. and a position as Maintenance Manager at Metco Industries. Educationally, Mike completed a degree in Electrical Occupations at Pennsylvania College of Technology.
