Jim Cline

Jim Cline has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of environment, health, and safety. Jim is currently serving as the Vice President of Health, Safety & Environment at Graphic Packaging International, LLC since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, where they held the position of Global Leader Environment, Health, Safety & Security; Chairman ESG Committee from May 2018 to September 2021.

Before joining Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, Jim Cline was associated with Cardinal Health. Jim served as Co-Chair of Cardinal Health's Corporate Social Responsibility Committee from June 2015 to October 2017. During the same period, they also held the position of Corporate Senior Director EHS, Global Environmental Affairs, and Sustainability at Cardinal Health. In this role, they provided leadership and strategic planning for the development and execution of enterprise-wide EHS programs.

Jim Cline's earlier experience includes working as a Group/General Manager at AMEC, where they developed the company's Great Lakes Region. Prior to that, they held managerial positions at United Technologies Corporation and UT Automotive, focusing on environmental, health, and safety initiatives.

Jim'swork experience also includes roles at Clayton Environmental Consultants and DeLisle & Associates, where they managed environmental projects, conducted compliance audits, and implemented health and safety programs.

Jim Cline earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geology and a Teaching Certification with a focus on Secondary Education in Science and Geography from Western Michigan University from 1982 to 1987. Jim then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environmental Management from Wayne State University between 1990 and 1992. Later, from 1999 to 2004, they attended Rensselaer Hartford Graduate Center Inc and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Supply Chain Management and General Management. Jim also holds a CHMM certification from the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management.
