Melinda White

Melinda White, MLCHR, CDP is a seasoned professional in the field of diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Senior Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Graphic Packaging International, LLC since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as the Global Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Human Resources Manager at Tate & Lyle, as well as positions at Montgomery County Environmental Services and Montgomery County, Ohio, where Melinda focused on human resources consulting and generalist responsibilities. Earlier in their career, Melinda served as a Human Resources Consultant at Premier Health Partners/Miami Valley Hospital. Melinda holds a Master of Arts in Management and Leading Change with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Antioch University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Management and Project Management from the same institution and an Associate's degree in Public Administration from Sinclair Community College.
