Travis King

Travis King has a diverse and extensive work experience in various management roles in manufacturing and operations. Travis started their career as a 5S System Coordinator/Intern at International Paper in 2011. Travis then interned as an OMT Intern at Nestlé in 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an Operations Management Trainee (OMT) at Nestlé, where they focused on improving safety, quality, and reliability in the production process.

Travis then joined International Paper as a Process Engineer in 2015, assisting in the startup of new equipment and coordinating maintenance operations. Travis subsequently took on roles as a Continuous Improvement Manager and Engineering Manager, leading teams in Lean/six sigma implementation and driving improvement across the facility. In 2018, when Graphic Packaging International acquired the facility, Travis continued as Operations Manager, responsible for safety, engagement, quality, cost, and productivity. Travis later became a Plant Manager at Custom Glass Solutions in 2020, where they successfully improved safety, quality, service, and productivity while achieving financial records.

Currently, Travis is the Sales Director at Graphic Packaging International, where they utilize their extensive experience in management and operations to drive sales growth.

Travis King obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, Finance at Missouri State University from 2019 to 2021.
