Brady Mason has been working in the field of sales, product development, design, UX, content strategy, digital marketing, and public relations since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Public Relations Assistant for Saudi Aramco, the world's largest producer of crude oil. In 2014, they were a Community Manager for Friendemic PR & Marketing and a Research Assistant for the Transatlantic Policy Network. In 2015, they were a Content Strategist/ UX Specialist and Digital Marketing Specialist for CLEARLINK. In 2017, they were a UX Designer for Visma. In 2018, they were a Senior UX Designer for e-conomic. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Senior Product Design Consultant for Graphiq. In 2019, they were VP of Sales & Partnership, Head of Product, and Lead Designer for Tattoodo.

Brady Mason has a diverse educational background. Brady obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from Western Nebraska Community College between 2009 and 2011. Brady then attended the University of Utah and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Studies in 2014. In 2016, they obtained a Certification of Completion in UI/UX Design from DevPoint Labs and a UI/UX Design certification from the same institution.
