Steve Hextall

Steve Hextall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction project management and operations. Currently serving as Partner & Director of Operations at Graphite International since December 2022, Hextall is responsible for the strategic growth and operational governance of a multi-disciplinary lead design consultancy across the GCC. Previously, Hextall held various leadership roles, including Head of Project Management & Cost Consultancy and Founder & Managing Director at Aspect Project Management, which catered to the construction project management market in the GCC and Africa. Hextall's career also includes significant positions at Hill International, GEMS Education, Parsons Brinckerhoff, ALDAR, Miller Construction, Craft Projects (HK) Co Ltd, and HH Robertson. Hextall holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from the University College of Estate Management.
