Meghan (Smith) Aguilar

Meghan Aguilar has a diverse range of work experience. Meghan currently holds the position of Director, Head of Customer Success at Graphite, where they lead projects and helps clients achieve their business goals using on-demand experts and consultants. Prior to this, they worked at BenchPrep as a Customer Growth Manager, responsible for creating and exceeding success metrics for partner accounts and identifying customer expansion opportunities. Meghan also served as a Customer Success Manager at BenchPrep, where they retained and renewed existing partner accounts and drove incremental revenue. Earlier in their career, Meghan worked at Axiom in various roles, including Senior Manager, Client Success and Manager, Client Success, where they maximized client retention and revenue and managed team solutions for legal projects. Meghan also worked as an Associate in Engagement Management and as an Analyst in Practice Management at Axiom, where they drove engagements and identified buyer prospects. Overall, Meghan has consistently demonstrated their ability to understand client needs, drive customer success, and exceed performance goals throughout their career.

Meghan (Smith) Aguilar completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology & Spanish from the University of Notre Dame, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they also pursued Spanish and Iberian Studies at Fundación Jose Ortega y Gasset. Prior to that, Meghan attended Magnificat High School from 2005 to 2009.
