Laura Florence

Laura Argeris Florence serves as the Head of Customer Success at Graphite Systems Inc. since February 2019, following a role as an independent consultant specializing in digital strategy and UX. Previous experience includes directing digital strategy and UX at MRM // McCann Salt Lake City and serving as an Interactive Strategy Manager at McCann Worldgroup, where contributions included creating digital strategies and usability testing. Laura began a career with roles at CUSA Technologies and MRI of Park City, focusing on client training and recruitment, respectively. Educationally, Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Utah.
