Cristian Cangelosi is an experienced Restaurant General Manager with a career spanning over 18 years in the hospitality industry. Currently serving at Graspa Group since May 2023, Cristian previously held the same title at V&E Restaurant Group from October 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, Cristian managed operations at Fisher Island Club for over 14 years, from February 2005 to September 2019.
