Gabriel Mesa

Gabriel Mesa has a comprehensive work experience that spans across several roles and companies. Currently, they hold the position of Client Service Specialist at Grasshopper Bank, where they are responsible for managing the client experience from start to finish. Their duties include onboarding new clients and referrals, collaborating with different teams to maximize profitability, and overseeing areas such as Tech Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Yacht Lending.

Prior to their current role, Gabriel worked at Capital One for a significant duration. Gabriel began their journey as a Bank Teller in March 2016 and later transitioned to the role of Universal Branch Associate in March 2017. In August 2018, they were promoted to the position of Senior Branch Ambassador/Customer Experience Associate. In this role, Gabriel showcased their leadership skills by mentoring new hires on bank policies, managing and opening new accounts for small business owners, and ensuring a productive and well-managed environment in the absence of management.

Gabriel Mesa is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at LaGuardia Community College since 2019.
