Camila Ferreira is the Founder and CEO of Rise UP, a company dedicated to empowering professionals through executive mentoring, customer experience training, and keynote speaking. With over 20 years of international experience across Latin America, Europe, and the US, Camila has held significant roles, including Sr Director of Client Experience at SpotOn and Director of Regional Operations for Uber Eats LATAM. Camila's career also includes leadership positions at Groupon, Easy Taxi, Monsanto, and PepsiCo, where strategic transformations and operational efficiencies were prioritized. Additionally, Camila serves on the Advisory Council for Grateful Giving and mentors for organizations such as A Mentoria Online and Instituto Semear, focusing on guiding individuals in career and leadership development. Camila holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a degree in Economics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
