Madeline Bayliss

Madeline Bayliss is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, advisory roles, and software leadership. Currently serving as Lead Mentor at Colgate Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Madeline also provides strategic advice on workplace culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion at Grateful Giving and 4149. Previous roles include advocating for inclusive workplace practices and technology development at Future Works Alliance PHL and leading software initiatives for US Federal agencies at IBM.
