Previously, Murika held the position of Chief Customer Officer & SVP at Visier Inc., where responsibilities included driving customer retention and growth for top clients, as well as strategic planning and business transformation. Murika's career also includes significant roles at Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba Software, and SumTotal Systems, focusing on customer success and operational excellence.
