Emrah Kaysin

Emrah KAYSIN serves as the IT Manager at Gratis since January 2024, previously holding the position of Retail Solution Manager and POS Solutions Supervisor at Fiba Perakende Grubu from August 2017 to January 2024. KAYSIN's expertise includes managing major retail store programs, automating return processes, and implementing payment solutions within POS systems. Prior to Fiba Perakende Grubu, KAYSIN worked as an IT&POS Executive and Specialist at C&A from June 2010 to December 2016, focusing on store operations and staff training for POS systems. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at Smile Holding, where KAYSIN contributed to the development and education of the NETSIS ERP package. KAYSIN possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Kadir Has University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Istanbul Bilgi University.
