Steve McCoy-Thompson

Steve McCoy-Thompson is an experienced leader with a strong background in non-profit management and community development. Currently serving as the interim Executive Director of The Gratitude Network, Steve has led initiatives benefiting over 40 million children and youth in the U.S. Previous roles include co-founding the Three Valleys Community Foundation, where strategic planning and board formation were key accomplishments, and serving as Executive Director of the Pleasanton Partnerships in Education Foundation, where revenue grew by 35% and parent participation increased by over 60%. Other notable positions include Executive Director of Urban Solutions, Director of Global Operations at BSR, and Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting. Steve's extensive education includes a BA from Duke University and a MALD from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
