Frederic Cyr

Frederic Cyr is an accomplished culinary professional currently serving as Directeur Culinaire at Fairmont Le Château Frontenac since July 2016. With extensive experience in various prestigious roles, Cyr has held positions such as Chef corporatif at Restos Plaisirs and Executive Chef at multiple establishments including Radisson Blu and Compagnie du Ponant. Additionally, Cyr has contributed to the culinary industry as Chef and Food Chronicler for QVO at Gravel Agency Inc. since 2010. Education includes a Diplome de Cuisine Professionel from Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec and a Certificate in Hotel Management from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal.
