Richard Forman

Richard Forman has a diverse work experience. Richard currently serves as the Principal and General Counsel at Gravis Law, PLLC since January 2019. Previously, they held the position of Business Unit Manager at TiLite/TiSport, LLC from January 2015 to October 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the President and Chief Legal Officer at TiLite/TiSport, LLC from October 2002 to January 2015. Richard also has experience at Stroock, where they were the Managing Partner from January 1996 to September 2002, a Partner from January 1995 to June 1996, and an Associate Attorney from September 1986 to December 1994.
