Nathan Turner has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Nathan started their career as a Process Engineering Intern at Richard Industrial Group, where they developed Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and performed hydraulics calculations. Nathan then worked as a Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University, assisting students with programming projects and teaching physics labs.
Nathan also served as an Undergraduate Research Technician at Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES), where they worked on machine learning projects in the Material Science and Engineering department.
Their most recent experience includes working at Lone Star Analysis as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead. Nathan was responsible for the development and implementation of backend systems and the upgrade of cloud infrastructure for the customer portal. Nathan also worked on benchmarking cloud microservices and constructing real-time dashboards.
Currently, Nathan is working at Gravitate as a Software Engineer, and they also serve as the Development Lead.
Nathan Turner obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University between 2016 and 2020. Nathan also holds additional certifications, including CSS Essential Training and HTML Essential Training from LinkedIn, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, obtained in 2020.
