Marta Saurí has worked in various roles in the real estate industry since 2007. Marta began their career as an Intern Civil Engineer at Construcciones Rubau S.A. in 2007. Marta then worked as an Intern Civil Engineer at CRC Obras y Servicios in 2008 and 2009, with roles focusing on cost and development project monitoring for multi-stage development projects in Barcelona. In 2013, Saurí became an Investment Analyst at MHA London, an opportunity-led investment and development company active within the commercial and residential asset classes in the UK. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as an Associate at VIA OUTLETS, a private equity fund established to acquire existing outlet centres across Europe. In 2021, Saurí became the Co-Founder of Private Equity Real Estate at Alpha Urbis and the Founder of PERE Investment Advisory at S&CO Capital. Marta currently holds the role of Head of Spain and France at Gravity Co-Living.
Marta Saurí completed their MSc Civil Engineer degree at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 2004 and 2011. Marta then went on to pursue a degree in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management at Cornell University. Marta also holds certifications from the CAIA Association, Investment Banking Institute, Corporate Finance Institute™ (CFI), and Bayfield Training in Financial Modelling, Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst, and Real Estate Valuation, respectively.
