JP Canner

Dr. Canner has over 15 years of molecular biology experience ranging from mouse models of cardiovascular disease to clinical laboratory assay development. He received his bachelor and masters degrees from Boston University and earned his doctoral degree from Tufts University Sackler School of Graduate Biomedical Sciences. During his postdoctoral research at Emory University, he worked with Dr. Grace Pavlath to identify intercellular interactions involved in stem cell activation for muscle regeneration.
