Karen Hargett

Karen is a dynamic Human Resource professional with over 20 years’ experience as an influential business partner working with companies large and small to implement innovative and effective human capital solutions. She has a passion for connecting every employee to the overall business objective and organizational success. Most recently Karen served as Head of Talent Acquisition, NA for Prysmian Group. Karen is a graduate of Centre College and an active volunteer in her children’s schools.
