Elaine Li

Elaine Li is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the People & Culture Manager at gravity9 since June 2022, Elaine has previously held key positions at Avanade, including UK&I Learning Lead and UK&I HR Business Partner. Prior roles include HRA & Staff Representative and HR Administrator at Re:Sources, HR Assistant at Infusion, and Cabin Crew at Cathay Pacific Airways. Elaine began their career as an Office Manager at Infusion and also worked as a Hamleys Helper and Administrative Assistant at Hamleys of London and Next Partners Limited, respectively. Elaine holds a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Certificate in HR from Acacia Learning and a BSc in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.
