Neerakar Uprety

Neerakar Uprety, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources at GravyWork, where responsibilities include managing reporting and revenue tracking for over 200 clients with an annual budget of $20 million and a sales pipeline of $30 million. Previously, Uprety held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at EcoAgriculture Partners, enhancing financial reporting aligned with GAAP standards. As Vice President of the Gorkhaly Foundation, Uprety co-led the Rebuild Barpak initiative, providing disaster relief to 1200 families in Nepal, while securing and managing a grant from National Geographic for local restoration efforts. Uprety began the career as a Senior Analyst at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, leading M&A due diligence processes and overseeing financial management for entities generating over $300 million in annual revenue.
