Elizabeth Atkins

Elizabeth Atkins is a Principal at Gray Associates, a consulting firm focused on higher education program portfolio strategy. Elizabeth has been with the company since 2013, first as a Summer Analyst and then as an Analyst. In their current role, they conduct research and prepares analyses for the firm.

Elizabeth began their professional career at Bittersweet - Cafe & Confections, where they sold desserts at a permanent food stall in the St. Roch Market food court. Elizabeth was responsible for opening and closing the store, including closing the day’s books and liaising with the food court’s overall manager. Elizabeth also onboarded new employees during their time at Bittersweet.

Elizabeth Atkins began their educational career at Georgetown University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in French and Economics. Elizabeth then studied at Université Paris Dauphine, earning a degree in Economics. After that, they pursued a degree in French Language and Literature at Université Paris-Sorbonne. Finally, they completed their education at Tulane University, earning a French and Economics degree with Dean's List distinction.
