Jeff Scott has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. Jeff started their career as an Industrial Engineer at Chesapeake Paper in 1988 and later worked at International Paper as a Plant Engineer and Division Project Engineer. At International Paper, they led various equipment installations and upgrades, managed environmental compliance, and implemented quality control programs. In 2004, they joined Corning Incorporated as a Project Engineer and later became a Project Manager Associate, responsible for managing projects and obtaining a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Since 2014, Jeff has been at Gray, where they have held roles such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and currently serves as a Project Executive. In these positions, they have successfully managed large-scale projects in the food & beverage industry, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring safe, timely, and on-budget project delivery.
Jeff Scott received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Ohio University, where they studied from 1983 to 1988. In 2008, they also obtained a certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute.
