Thomas Royse

Thomas Royse, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Thomas began their career as a Special Education Para Educator at Fayette County Public Schools in 2010, where they worked until January 2012.

In 2010, Thomas also embarked on a career as a Professional Baseball player for the Chicago White Sox, which lasted until 2013.

In 2013, Thomas transitioned into the accounting field and joined Extell Development Company as a Junior Accountant. In this role, they prepared monthly financial statement packages, handled invoice processing, and collaborated with various departments for budgeting purposes. Thomas worked at Extell Development Company until September 2013.

From 2013 to 2014, Thomas joined BKD CPAs & Advisors as an Audit Associate.

In 2015, Thomas moved to NetGain Technologies, Inc. as a Financial Analyst, where they worked until October 2016.

From 2016 to 2019, Thomas worked at The FEZ Group, LLC as the Director of Construction.

Currently, Thomas is employed at Gray as an Assistant Project Manager since June 2019 and has recently been promoted to the role of Manager, Project Controls as of August 2022.

Thomas Royse, CPA received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville from 2007 to 2012. Thomas obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Kentucky Board of Accountancy in January 2015.
