W. Russell Wood

W. Russell Wood has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. W. Russell began their career at Tri-V Tool & Mfg as a Cable Assembly worker, where they introduced an improved process for securing cable splits. In 2010, they worked as a Retail Sales Associate at DSW and in 2012, they joined Sears Holdings Corporation as a Retail Sales Associate, where they consistently achieved high sales per hour goals. In 2013, they worked as a Wiese Fellow at Wiese USA. Since 2014, Wood has been working at Graybar, where they have held various roles including PowerSmart Energy Specialist, Continuous Improvement Leader, Agile Construction Specialist, and Account Manager, where they drove sales and project execution while increasing business revenue and gross margin rate. Currently, Wood is serving as the Director of Electrical & Utility Sales at Graybar.

W. Russell Wood attended Missouri State University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Technology Management, Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management.
