Rebecca Li, LCSW

Rebecca Li has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rebecca started their career as a Social Work Intern at Richmond Area Multiservices, Inc, where they provided therapeutic services to clients with severe mental illness. Rebecca then interned at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland as a Medical Social Work Intern, offering psycho-social support to parents and patients in medical crises. Following this, Rebecca worked as a Medical Social Worker Fellow at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland, providing social services to children and families in outpatient clinics. Rebecca then joined Copilots In Care as a Social Worker, before transitioning to Sutter Health as a Medical Social Worker, where they offered patient care and made referrals for post-acute needs.

Rebecca's experience continued at Lyra Health, where they worked as a Care Navigator independently managing a caseload of complex clients and conducting risk assessments. At Ayon Living, they served as a Principal and launched a private care management business, building relationships with industry partners and providing client care management. Most recently, Rebecca joined Grayce as a Product Lead, leading product strategy, conducting user research, and defining metrics and KPIs for success. Overall, Rebecca Li has demonstrated a strong track record in social work, care management, and product management.

Rebecca Li has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley. Rebecca also holds a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Smith College. In addition, Rebecca attended Middlebury College's Language School, where they studied Spanish.

Rebecca has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Rebecca is a Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager (C-ASWCM) accredited by NASW. Rebecca also holds the Certified Case Manager certification from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC). In terms of professional development, Rebecca has completed the Product Academy Fundamentals course offered by McKinsey & Company. Rebecca has also completed the Skiplevel Program: Fundamentals of Software provided by Skiplevel.
