George Tuhowski III has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. George started their career at Osman Construction in 1986 as a General Superintendent and stayed until 2002. During their time at Osman Construction, they were responsible for overseeing construction projects and successfully completed their tenure. George then joined Leopardo Companies in 2002 as the General Superintendent & Director of Sustainability. In this role, George was responsible for managing a team of 60 superintendents and played an important role in the planning and construction of various projects. George also served on the USGBC Chicago Chapter's Board of Directors and co-chaired the Education committee. In 2010, George assumed the role of Ex-Offico Illinois Chapter | Senior Heartland Regional Rep at the U.S. Green Building Council - Illinois. George also served as the 2010 Board Chair for the U.S. Green Building Council - Chicago Chapter. Lastly, George is currently working at Graycor as the Director of Operations, a role they assumed in October 2018.
