Aleksandra Duda

Aleksandra Duda is an experienced professional with a strong background in team leadership and service management, currently serving as a Team Leader and Scrum Master at Graylight Imaging since November 2022, where responsibilities include leading a software development team and ensuring adherence to agile methodologies. Prior to this, Aleksandra held various roles at Capgemini from March 2009 to November 2022, including Team Manager overseeing an IT Service Desk, Senior Service Center Reporting Specialist focusing on metrics and process optimization, and Team Leader managing operations for multiple large customers. Aleksandra's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach and two Bachelor's degrees in Oligophrenopedagogy and Information Science in Education from Krakow and The Silesian University of Technology, respectively.
