Anna Balickova

Anna Balickova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anna is currently an Executive Board Member of the APRA - Association of Public Relations, where they oversee the Czech PR Awards. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of Grayling in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Anna also worked as a Communication Consultant at PR & Communications, specializing in building long-term communication strategies and delivering effective marketing and PR campaigns. Anna gained experience in the corporate sector as a Senior PR & ePR Manager at L'Oréal, where they were responsible for external communication and leading a team. Additionally, they have lectured on PR and Communication at the University of Economics, Prague. Anna previously held leadership positions at Mars as the Head of Corporate Affairs for Central Europe and at AMI Communications as a Senior Account Director. Anna has also worked as a freelance journalist for various media outlets and contributed as a writer for DesignMagazin.cz.

Anna Balickova obtained a Bachelor's degree in Literature and Communication from the University of Hradec Králové, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. From 2005 to 2009, they pursued their studies at Charles University, where they earned a Master's degree in Journalism.
