Belinda Charlton has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. Belinda began as a Human Resources Intern at Equiniti, where they gained exposure to various HR functions and conducted a comprehensive research project on the digitalization of HR. In 2017, they worked as a Finance Intern at Comer Homes Group, focusing on financial business management and portfolio management within the private sector. In 2018, they interned as a Public Relations Intern at instinct. From 2019 to 2021, Belinda worked at Shell in two different roles. First, as a Social Media Programmes Consultant in the Global Digital and Social Media External Relations Team, where they advised Shell's businesses on social media strategies and best practices. Subsequently, they became a Corporate Communications Advisor within Shell's Corporate Relations function, leading initiatives and events that supported Shell's corporate strategy and project managing the Powering Progress in action communication initiative. Most recently, they joined Grayling as an Account Director in Corporate Communications in 2022.
