Emma Leyland

Emma Leyland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Emma began their career as a Project Coordinator at Aimhigher, Yorkshire Rural Academy, and Learning City York, where they worked from October 2008 to September 2009. Emma then joined Speechly Bircham as an HR Assistant from September 2010 to August 2012. Following this, they worked as an HR Advisor at TNS UK from September 2012 to August 2014. Emma then transitioned to Findmypast, where they served as an HR Business Partner from September 2014 to January 2016. Emma took a six-month career break in 2016 for travelling and volunteering purposes. After their break, Emma worked as an Interim HR Generalist at Rotork Controls, Inc. from August 2016 to September 2016. Emma then joined PA Consulting Group as an HR Business Advisor from October 2016 to August 2018. Currently, Emma is employed at Grayling, where they began as a People Manager in August 2018 and was promoted to Head of People in November 2020.
