Lucy Southall (Assoc. CIPD)

Lucy Southall has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lucy is currently working as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Accordience Group, where they manage the recruitment process for a large team operating globally. Prior to that, they worked at Grayling as a Talent Acquisition Lead and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2005, they enrolled at the University of the West of England and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, which lasted until 2008.
