Adam Blight serves as the Sustainability & Government Affairs Lead for Asia Pacific at Nufarm since October 2022, focusing on establishing a renewable fuels and nutritionals platform in Australia while fostering policy support and value chain partnerships. Prior to this role, Adam held various leadership positions in sustainability and corporate affairs at Bayer and Monsanto, advocating for agricultural innovation and sustainability across Asia Pacific and Africa. Experience includes engagement with government and stakeholders, developing cross-sector partnerships, and promoting agricultural advancements. Adam's educational background encompasses an MBA from Melbourne Business School, a Master of Arts in International Relations from Deakin University, and various short courses from the London School of Economics and University of Cambridge, further enhancing expertise in business and political economy.
