Sandor Szilvasi has held various positions in hardware engineering and software development, starting as an intern at ThyssenKrupp Nothelfer Ltd. in 2006. Sandor later worked at The MathWorks as an intern in 2011 and then moved on to roles at MetaMorph Inc. as a Sr. Software Engineer in 2014 and at Bastille Networks as a Hardware Engineer and later as a Principal Architect from 2015 to 2021. Most recently, Sandor has been working at Grayshift, first as a Hardware Engineering Manager from 2021 to 2023 and currently as the Director of Hardware Engineering.
Sandor Szilvasi completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering at Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2003 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering at Vanderbilt University from 2008 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in fields such as Deep Learning, Agile Development, Cryptography, and Machine Learning from different institutions between 2016 and 2019.
