Samantha Baldwin

Samantha Baldwin is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Graywood Developments since April 2021, Samantha previously held the role of Human Resources Coordinator at the same company. Prior experience includes HR & Culture Coordinator at California Innovations, where responsibilities encompassed culture initiatives and policy development, as well as Office Administrator roles at Advice Software & Consulting Inc. and a previous position managing office operations at March of Dimes Canada. Samantha holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education from Brock University.
