Michele Krolczyk

Michele Krolczyk is the Principal at Michele Krolczyk Business Consulting, specializing in assisting organizational leaders and business owners in establishing vision, processes, and accountability since January 2017. Previously, Michele served as an EOS® Implementer and currently holds a position as a Board Member at Grazzini Brothers and Company. As the former Owner of Mint Roofing from 1995 to October 2023, Michele also chaired Harvest Moon Natural Foods Co-op as President and Board Member from 2006 to 2013. Earlier in the career, Michele worked as a Marketing Specialist at U.S. Bank from 1987 to 1994. Michele earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
