Meredith Swisher

Meredith Swisher has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at Great American Restaurants since January 2016, after holding positions as Assistant General Manager and Front of House Manager. Prior roles include serving as a Server/Bartender at The Nantucket Lobster Trap and completing a range of internships during tenure at the University of Delaware, including functions at Vita Nova, Nantucket Yacht Club, North End American Grill, and Courtyard by Marriott. Meredith Swisher holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Delaware, earned in 2015.
