Andy Baysinger

Andy Baysinger is an accomplished Key Account Manager at Great Lakes Cheese since April 2023, with over two decades of experience in the tobacco industry at Reynolds American Inc. Spanning from March 2002 to March 2023, Andy held various senior management roles, including Senior Division Manager, where responsibilities included training, mentoring, and leading teams to adapt to rapid regulatory changes and manage brand acquisitions. Prior to senior management, Andy served as an Account Manager and Retail Manager, building strategic relationships and driving innovative market strategies. Andy holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Arizona.
