Donna Ramadan

Donna Ramadan has held various roles in revenue cycle management and healthcare administration throughout their career. Donna currently serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle at Great Lakes Dental Partners. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle at Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital from 2019 to 2021. Donna also held the position of Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Saint Anthony Hospital from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they worked at University Hospitals of Cleveland as the Director of Employer Solutions from 2015 to 2017, and as the Director of Operations from 2014 to 2015. Donna also has experience as a Senior Project Director at Cleveland Clinic from 2012 to 2014. Donna's extensive experience includes an executive director role at Delnor Community Hospital from 2008 to 2011, where they oversaw various departments and implemented process improvements resulting in significant expense reduction and revenue enhancement. Donna began their career at Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare, where they held positions such as Program Manager and Director of Nursing.

Donna Ramadan completed their education at Northern Illinois University. Donna first pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from 1992 to 1994. Later, they went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Accounting and Finance, completing their studies from 2004 to 2006.
