Vesna Koscica

Vesna Koscica has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vesna began their career in 1997 as a Programmer and System Analyst at Phoenix Group, where they developed database objects and Oracle Forms and Reports. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a System Analyst at Bonddesk.com, facilitating the launch and upgrades of trading applications and resolving customer issues. Vesna then joined Anesthesia Business Consultant as a BI Specialist from 2003 to 2005, where they identified key performance indicators, monitored project metrics, and developed a financial aggregate data warehouse for business intelligence solutions.

In 2005, Vesna joined Oracle as an Oracle BI Implementation Technical Project Manager, leading the implementation of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition and Oracle Business Suite. Vesna managed the project team, developed business requirements, and coordinated project status and rollout. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Ford Automotive ITI PMO as a Senior Project Manager, leading a team to develop and implement technology solutions for IT operations.

Vesna then joined HP Enterprise Service in 2010 as a Project Manager, where they worked on the Engineering Application Rationalization Program for the GM account. Vesna managed an offshore team and implemented functionality based on ITIL best practices. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at General Dynamics Land System - CSC Consulting as a Project Manager, using the Waterfall methodology and managing project scope, budget, and vendor management.

From 2012 to 2014, Vesna worked at DTE-Energy Information Protection & Security-Judge Group as a Project Manager, managing IPS and Share Infrastructure Capital projects throughout their lifecycle. Vesna developed detailed project plans, monitored costs, and reported to management. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at DTE-Energy Major Enterprise Projects-Judge Group as a Project Manager, working on IT projects in Share Infrastructure and Customer Service space. Vesna managed SAP implementation, developed project charters and risk assessment documents.

Most recently, since 2019, Vesna has been working at the Great Lakes Water Authority as a Project Manager. Further information about their roles and responsibilities in this position is not provided.
