Rachana Vyas

Rachana Vyas is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Great Manager Institute since August 2022, Rachana oversees HR, community, and events. Prior to this role, Rachana was the Director of HR, Engagement & Events at Redbrick Offices Ltd. from October 2016 to August 2022, managing HR and member engagement initiatives. Rachana also held the position of Managing Consultant - Recruitments at Executive Search India Ltd. from January 2009 to August 2016, focusing on talent acquisition for various organizations.
