Carlos Sánchez

Carlos Sánchez has a strong background in consulting and data analytics. Carlos currently holds the position of Senior Director of HRS & Data Analytics at Great Minds since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Director of HRS at the same company from September 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Great Minds, Carlos worked at IBM for six years, starting as a Senior Consultant in January 2015 and eventually becoming a Senior Managing Consultant from September 2018 to September 2021. Carlos also held the role of Managing Consultant from July 2016 to September 2018. Carlos began their career at Accenture as an Analyst from October 2012 to December 2014.

Carlos Sánchez has an AB degree in Economics (Math-Track) from Princeton University. Carlos also studied Chinese Language & Culture at Beijing Normal University. Prior to that, they attended Cypress Bay High School.
