Fania Stoney

Fania Stoney is a seasoned Business Development Strategist at Great Place to Work® Ireland since June 2016, specializing in fostering collaborative relationships to enhance workplace environments through data analysis and program implementation. Fania previously served as a Culture and Data Analyst within the same organization, contributing to the Culture Audit Assessment Team. Fania co-founded Healthy Place to Work® Ireland, operationalizing methodologies for high-performance organizational strategies from September 2017 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes volunteering in various roles with organizations such as The Hope Foundation and ActionAid, and working as an intern in marketing and partnership roles at Business in the Community Ireland and Schools Business Partnership. Fania holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Stirling and a degree in History and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin.
