Janan Barance is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Great Place To Work US since July 2019, having previously held roles as Senior Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Janan worked at ENJOY Inc. in operations from April 2015 to December 2018 and at Apple as a Business Specialist from May 2011 to April 2015. Janan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a Chemistry minor from Dominican University of California, completed in 2011.
