Matt Lichti

Matthew Lichti is a data scientist with extensive experience in building machine learning models, analyzing customer behavior, and implementing data pipelines using technologies such as Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and AWS. Currently employed at Great Place To Work US since January 2023, Lichti previously worked at Datableservices.com, SaverLife, and Great Place To Work US, specializing in customer churn prediction, user clustering through natural language processing, and conducting complex data analyses. Earlier roles include serving as a data science fellow at Zipfian Academy and a patent examiner at USPTO, along with engineering internships at Caterpillar Inc. and Caterpillar Trimble Control Technologies. Matthew Lichti holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and has furthered education through workshops in data science and related fields.
