Sarah Lewis-Kulin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of workplace recognition and research. As a founding member of the management team at Great Place To Work US since June 2000, Sarah has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Recognition & Research and Vice President & Senior Editor of Great Rated!. Responsibilities have included establishing editorial strategy, overseeing flagship recognition programs, and guiding corporate knowledge development for international affiliates. Prior experience includes positions in sales management at Hunter House Publishers, marketing at Parabola Magazine, and serving in a support role at Random House. Sarah received a BA in English from Wellesley College in 1996.
