Heather McElroy

Heather McElroy has extensive experience in the banking industry. Heather currently holds the position of Loan Operations Director and Vice President at Great Plains Bank, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Bank7 Corp. starting in 2016. At Bank7 Corp., they held various roles including Vice President of Loan Operations, Credit Analyst, Assistant Vice President - Loan Review, and AVP Loan Servicing Manager. Before joining Bank7 Corp., Heather worked at Great Plains National Bank as a Loan Review/Special Assets Manager from 2013 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring and tracking compliance rules, regulations, policies, and procedures in Consumer, Commercial, and Real Estate loans and denials, as well as monitoring foreclosures and bankruptcies, and overseeing overdue accounts, charge-offs, and collections.

Heather McElroy attended the College of Business from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a field of study in Accounting.
