As the director of school partnerships, I connect directly with partners in the field to generate and secure new contracts. Working closely with the executive director, managing director, coaching directors and other colleagues, I serve as our primary first contact with all school district contracts and new state agency contracts, working with interested schools and districts to clarify needs and determine how GSP can help them in their efforts toward educational equity. The main objective of my role is to procure new contracts, renew existing contracts, and ensure organizational sustainability by meeting revenue targets.
